APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • The surface of application shall always be free of materials such as form oil, dust, paint, etc.
  • Moving parts with low adherence shall be moved away from the surface.
  • Precautions against dusting shall be taken on plastered surfaces.
  • Dusting shall be removed with a brush.
  • Appropriate Entegre Repair Mortars intended for the purpose of filling may be applied on exposed concrete surfaces.
  • You may advance to application after dampening the surface.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR

  1. A proper amount of water shall be put inside the mixing vessel (6.5-7 l water/25 kg bag).
  2. Powder material shall be added and stirred with hand mixer at low speed.
  3. After resting for 5 minutes, the plaster shall be stirred until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  4. The mortar prepared shall be applied on the surface at an equal thickness with a steel trowel.
  5. Application thickness is 2 mm.

RECOMMENDATION

  • No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) shall be added to the prepared mortar.
  • Mortar shall not be used again by mixing with water or dry mortar if its application time has expired.
  • RENDERCOAT® 2MM shall be applied at least 7 days later than the application of the plaster.
  • Surface shall be watered in specific intervals within 3 days after the application to ensure the strength of plaster depending on the weather conditions.
  • We recommend that the application shall be performed between +5°C and +35°C.
  • RENDERCOAT® 2MM shall be protected against quick drying under windy weather conditions.
  • It shall not be applied on frozen surfaces.
  • Do not apply under direct sunlight.
  • Do not go beyond the application field and the rules.
  • Do not inhale it directly. Wash your eyes with plenty of water in case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention if required.
