* It is recommended to use at least 4 cm and above thicknesses in thermal insulation applications.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be applied must be completely free of formwork oil, dust, paint and adhesion-reducing substances.
Before application, cracks and holes must be repaired with the same material or appropriate Entegre Repair Mortars.

MORTAR PREPARATION

Thermal insulation boards are placed inside the plinth profile and a straight line is ensured.
Adhesive mortar is applied to the surface of the board that will face the wall as a 5 cm wide, 2-3 cm thick strip on each edge and 2-3 point patches the size of a fist in the center.
The amount and height of the applied adhesive is adjusted according to the ground structure. Appropriate consumption is 5 kg/m².
The Turuncu Paket thermal insulation board bonded to the wall is fixed to the exterior facade with dowels at the joints with other boards.
Corner profiles are placed before plastering.
Wait 1 day after mesh plaster application.
After the surface dries, exterior facade paint, Acrylic or Silicone-based ready-mixed colored, ready-to-use decorative plaster is applied on it.
