APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the application surface is solid, dry, capable to carry, clean and free of dust.
Surface shall be free of any type of oil, grease, corrosion, paraffin residues that may reduce adherence and any loose parts shall be moved away.

APPLICATION METHOD

Surfaces shall be dampened in advance for maximum penetration.
TURUNCU PAKET® COATING PRIMER shall be applied with a roll after it is mixed.
To determine if the surface is ready to be coated, a paper (masking) tape shall be affixed on the surface after about 4 hours.
If the TURUNCU PAKET® COATING PRIMER has achieved the required condition, there shall be no dust on the tape.

RECOMMENDATION

The application shall not be performed if the temperature of the application surface is below 5°C and above 25°C, and you shall wait for the proper temperature. Affected by frost. Shall not be stored and transported under temperatures of 0°C.
Ensure that TURUNCU PAKET® COATING PRIMER is cured before applying TURUNCU PAKET® DECORATIVE COATING PLASTER on it.
Do not add water to the TURUNCU PAKET® COATING PRIMER.
Storage area shall be ventilated.
Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles and masks conforming with the Occupational Health and Safety Rules shall be used during the application.
Due to the irritative characteristics of the materials that are not cured, components shall not be contacted with the skin and eye and it shall be washed with plenty of water and soap in case of contact, and a physician shall be contacted immediately if it is swallowed.
Food and drinks shall not be allowed in application areas.
Shall be stored away from the children.
