APPLICATION FIELD

Used by mixing with water on aerated concrete and pumice concrete surfaces before application of cement-based plasters. Besides being used directly on bright fair faced concrete surfaces, it is used by mixing with PRIMEL 200® (PRIMEL 200® /Water: 1/3) on concrete ceilings and walls.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • The surface shall always be free of form oil, dust, paint and materials that reduce adherence.
  • Repair of the cracks and holes shall be made using appropriate Entegre Repair Mortars before application.
  • Application surface shall be dampened with water, if required.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR

  • PRIMEL® shall be mixed with water or with PRIMEL 200® using a power mixer.
  • (13-14 l PRIMEL 200®/50 kg bag or 12.5-13.5 l water/50 kg bag).
  • After resting for 5 minutes, it shall be stirred until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  • PRIMEL® shall be applied with trowel or trolien.

Approximately 3.5-4 kg/m² with trowel, and approximately 2.5-3 kg/m² for trolien.

RECOMMENDATION

  • No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) shall be added to the prepared mortar.
  • We recommend that the application shall be performed between +5°C and +35°C.
  • PRIMEL® shall be protected against quick drying under windy weather conditions.
  • You shall wait at least 1 days for the application be performed on the PRIMEL® depending on the ambient temperature.
  • Surface shall be watered in specific intervals within 1 days after the application to ensure its strength.
  • Do not go beyond the application field and the rules.
  • Do not inhale it directly. Wash your eyes with plenty of water in case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention if required.
