APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be free from adherence reducing substances.
If necessary, application surface should be moisten with water before application.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR

First water is put into mixing bowl, then INTEGRATED CARTON-MACHINE PLASTER (7 Lt water/ 10 kg in product ratio) is spread until all water surface is lined.
2-3 minutes should be waited for plaster to absorb water and the product is mixed with hand or mixer until being homogeneous.
After mixing, mortar is ready to use.
Mold is lubricated with mold oil in order to remove gypsum plasters and remove the mold easily.
INTEGRATED CARTON-MACHINE PLASTER is waited to freeze.
Completely frozen plaster is removed from the mold.

RECOMMENDATION

No foreign substance (lime, cement, gypsum etc.) should be added in the prepared mortar.
Mould should be dry and clean before application.
Tools used in mixing and mixing water should be clean.
High speed mechanical mixer affects consumption and setting time of the product.
Application is recommended to be done at a temperature of +5°C degrees to +30°C degrees.
CARTON-MACHINE PLASTER should be protected against rapid drying in windy weather.
Comply with the specified application area and operating instructions.
Do not breathe directly. In case of contact with eyes, wash eyes with plenty of water, if needed, seek medical advice.
