APPLICATION

• Prepare the liquid membrane to be applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• The prepared liquid membrane is applied to the wall-wall and wall-floor edges where you will use the water insulation band and accessories.
• The corner sleeve is placed on the liquid membrane.
• Air bubbles formed are removed using a trowel with rounded edges.
• In places where the adhesive is excessive, excess liquid membrane is removed from under the band using a spatula with non-sharp corners.
• After placing the internal corner and external corner details, the water insulation band is placed by applying liquid membrane under it along the wall and floor.
• Place the water insulation band flat on the adhesive area by applying force.
• Apply it so that the middle of the water insulation band exactly matches the edge, with half on the wall and half on the floor.
• The water insulation band and corner sleeve must overlap at least 5 cm.
• After band applications, liquid membrane is applied in two coats according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Apply tile adhesive on the membrane and then you can start tile application.
• Ensure the sealing between the wall and floor with a suitable silicone and do this for both sides.
• Finish the application by applying suitable silicone to the wall and floor joints and corners.
