Applied on brick, Concrete, Autoclaved Aerated concrete, Fair faced concrete, Bims, briquette, walls and ceilings in the interior faces of buildings.

REQUIREMENTS

You can cover the same square meter with less material than traditional plasters.
It is applied directly on bricks, concrete, gas concrete, bimsbloks, etc. materials.
On one floor, it makes the surface on which it is applied ready for paint. No satin perdah plaster required.
Details such as window and door handles can be applied seamlessly with hand mix.
It has a high surface hardness and a bright appearance.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be cleaned from form oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
All the holes should be filled and repairs must be made with appropriate Entegre product before plastering.
Application surface must be dampened with water before application if required.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR

ALÇIMATİK PLUS®, is mixed (14 lt water / 25 kg bag) and sprayed on the surface with a plastering machine.
Application thickness should be between 8 mm and 25 mm in the first coat.
If the thickness is more than 25 mm, second coat is applied in max. 25 mm thickness.
Surface is levelled. Approximately one hour later after the latest application, it is levelled again.
When surface becomes hard that it can not be levelled, it is smoothed by steel spatula.
ALÇIMATİK PLUS® surface is dampened and trifled to have a satin surface.
According to weather conditions, after 10-15 min, by applying steel trowel, perfect surface is obtained.
After 2 hours when the surface becomes tough, it is dampened and finished by steel trowel.

RECOMMENDATION

The wall surface must be cleaned from form oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
Recommended to be applied at ambient temperature between +5°C, +35°C.
Fiber mesh must be used at the joint of different materials and at points, where some movements may occur.
Don’t go beyond specified application field and rules.
Do not smell it directly. Wash your eyes in case of contact. Call your doctor if it is necessary.
